The apartment has 50 square meters, is tiled with underfloor heating and consists of a bedroom with bathroom and large shower, living room with dining area and seating area, as well as a modern equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extractor fan and many kitchen utensils.All houses are at ground level and have west-facing terraces where you can also barbecue. The Souhayla apartment is conveniently equipped with free WiFi and parking on the doorstep. The bathroom is barrier-free with a wide door, grab rails and shower seat. It is allergy-friendly and plastered with clay from the region. Wheelchair users live alone in the bedroom, while the second person can stay in the living room. The light-colored walls in the living room have been treated with clay plaster from the region and clay paint, so that the indoor air is always pleasant and very suitable for allergy sufferers, as clay has an antistatic and antibacterial effect.
